RESPONSE TO CLIENTS' NEEDS

At McWhorter, Cobb and Johnson, client service remains our highest priority. We value the relationships with our clients because we
understand that the Firm’s success is the result of client satisfaction with the services we render.

While our clients value the stability of the Firm, their legal needs continuously challenge us to apply innovative strategies and
techniques in a modern legal world. Over the years, the Firm has endeavored to meet its clients’ needs with a staff of experienced and
diversified attorneys and support personnel in order to provide result-oriented service. Our commitment to our clients is reflected by the
continuing development of the scope and depth of our practice.

We are committed to providing the resources necessary to solve our clients’ legal problems. The structure of the Firm gives it the
ability to draw on the focused experience of all its professionals to devote substantial resources, at short notice, to client matters that
may be complex or voluminous.

The Firm has a statewide practice. Attorneys in the Firm are often at work across the state for clients in trials, hearings, depositions
or important meetings. We also work closely with both our corporate and individual clients as counselors by providing strategic planning
and the development and implementation of plans to fit their needs.

In addition to traditional fee-based compensation, the Firm will also consider alternative fee arrangements when appropriate.
