Mr. Johnston was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2005. Mr. Johnston’s primary emphasis is in bankruptcy, commercial law, estate planning and probate, and family law. He received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas and has experience in both business and consumer bankruptcy law. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Johnston served as both an intelligence officer and instructor in the United States Air Force. He completed his military service in 2002 after a seven year career highlighted by his involvement in the U-2 aerial reconnaissance program and a ROTC professorship at Louisiana State University.
