Mr. Tarbox practices primarily in business and consumer bankruptcy law. Mr. Tarbox has served as a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee for the Northern District of Texas since his appointment in December, 1993.

He received his B.B.A. degree in finance from the University of Texas at Austin, Texas, his law degree from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas, and his Masters of Business Administration from Thunderbird, The Garvin School of International Management in Glendale, Arizona.

After graduating from undergraduate school, Mr. Tarbox served three years in the United States Navy, including brief duty in Viet Nam. His business experience includes serving as an international trade executive for a large manufacturing firm, as well as being president of his own sporting goods manufacturing firm for several years.

Practice Areas: Debtor and creditor representation in consumer, business and farm/ranch bankruptcy cases. Handles complex debtor reorganization cases. Accepts appointments as Receiver and as Chapter 11 Trustee. Head of the bankruptcy law section of the Firm.
